摘要：
The characteristics of BP neural network and Genetic Algorithm is described. The possibility and methods of the application of GA to neural network are discussed. An approach to construct a kind of unfixed-length chromosome for the evolution of neural network is proposed, and the operations of this kind of chromosome described.
