Characterization of graphitization degree for C/C composite

摘要
The carbon-carbon composites obtained under different heat treatment temperatures were analyzed by means of X ray diffraction method (XRD) and XRD peaks were processed separately. The results show that C/C composite is composed of three components, i.e., resin carbon fiber and pyrolytic carbon. Their values of graphitization degree and content and the weighted averages are calculated. The existence of three components is also verified by optical micrography. The relationship between the graphitization degree and heat treatment temperature is discussed.
