摘要
The rational use of electricity in industrial processes is expected to be a factor both of energy conservation and innovation. Such innovation will relate both to the equipment for substitution of electricity for fuel and, in certain cases, to the products of the process. This kind of innovation will give small business firms undeniable advantages of many kinds, including productivity, product quality and environmental protection, but poses certain problems of adaptation to the methods and training of employees to take maximum energy and economic advantage of this energy source; it will also be necessary to assist the executives in their decision-making, because the novelty of the technologies and the apparent complexity of the aid structures may outface them. For this purpose, Electricite de France is setting up structures suited to these needs; AMPERE 82 for regulation of counseling, Industelec for user aid.
