A method of determining the integral moisture content of a cloudless atmosphere from relative measurements of its brightness temperature is proposed. A regression relation is found between the rms error of the measurement and the rms error in determining the total mass of water vapor in a column of atmosphere. It is shown that the error in determining the integral moisture content of the atmosphere amounts to 3-6%.
