Research on three-dimension simulation of openpit mine tailing dam slope stability in Panzhihua

摘要
The slope of a tailing-dam is a manual slope which has structural characters and formed during exploiting a mine. The stability appreciation and security management of this type of slope have important meanings to protect mine environments and prevent geological hazards. By the FLAC-3D software, the authors have built the three-dimension tailing dam model and simulated the slope stability. The simulat results are consistent with that of the field exploration. Because FLAC-3D is a professional software, it is difficult to establish a model directly. What is more, the model data must fit for the software format. So the authors have generalized a method of data fore treatment program. Through tailing dam rock stratum distribution, the program treats the original data. On the basis of a primary unit mode which is supplied by FLAC-3D, the program sets up FLAC tiny unit model according to the net data mode, and then generates the model data file phase matched with the FLAC-3D through identifying the mode.
