摘要
It is shown that activation of the process of reduction of Fe (III) ions in the presence of copper ions in a zinc solution is caused by the formation of galvanic couples on the reaction surface of the particles of the sulfide reducing agent. The electrochemical mechanism of activation developed in this paper has definite applications in improving the process of hydrometallurgical treatment of zinc cakes and further developing the theory of heterogeneous process.
