A method of calculation, when the limits of elasticity, of the state of stress of profiled, three-layered blades of centrifugal turbomachines, having asymmetrical strucutre and consisting of orthotropic layers, trapezoid in plan projection, is proposed. A variational, mixed-type equation is obtained. It is solved by the Ritz method. The coordinate functions selected in the form of a system of polynomials make it possible to obtain a solution under arbitrary boundary conditions. Calculated data are compared with experimental results.
