摘要
The effect of turbulent flows on airfoil and final losses of energy is considered. The investigations on a gas dynamic setup at the Leningrad Polytechnical Institue, on three turbine stages and on a reversed turbine stage are described. The tests on the gas dynamic setup were carried out at Re equals (2 minus 5) multiplied by (times) 10**5, M less than equivalent to 0. 7. It was found that during the operation of stages in highly turbulent flows, the resistance of turbine airfoils to separation phenomena of the boundary layer increases sharply within a wide range of variation of the gap between the rims.
