摘要：
The purpose of this report is to identify the special difficulties associated with biomedical systems destined for elemental composition studies. The main emphasis will be on the quality of the sample by elaborating the role of presampling factors, which have great effect on the overall accuracy of the analytical results but are yet to be fully appreciated.
