Design technique for business operations using GUI forms

This paper describes a form-oriented model for computerized business operation systems. It achieves quality through an incremental design approached from the end-user's forms and an easy-to-use environment for designing forms that meet end-user requirements. This paper clarifies many important aspects of this model, and proposes some new techniques involving a hierarchical organization and a separated organization of graphical user interface (GUI) modules. Trials show the model's effectiveness (higher productivity) in designing business operation systems.
