摘要
The report discusses the development and application of a mathematical model that evaluates the total passenger travel time under existing operations and compares this with tht eotal passenger travel time that would be expected to be expended if one or more freeway lanes were reserved for multioccupant vehicles. A computer program has prepared for evaluating the mathematical model.
