摘要
Audio amplifiers have been constantly improved in their performance. By recent developments of CD, DAT, BS, etc. , they now have to deal with not only analog signals but also digital signals. This paper describes the transition of the analog amplifier technologies and the recent trend of technologies mainly concerning the newly developed SU-V100D amplifier equipped with a D/A converter. Regarding the tuners for audio systems, the paper discusses the technologies used in the ST-G90 tuner where FM broadcast receiving performance and audio performance are improved corresponding to the increasing number of FM stations.
