摘要：
On the basis of simple CCD image detectors an intelligent sensor was developed which can satisfy the stability, velocity, flexibility, and accuracy requirements of an automated production system at low cost. It is used for the testing of geometries (determination of the actual size and the actual deviation) of complex shaped small parts.
