摘要
The present work has been aimed at an examination of the possibilities for better accuracy in measuring extinction coefficients of solutions of multifunctional organic compounds by compensating or accounting for the influence of solute molecule adsorption. As objects of investigation we took xanthene dyes, which are widely used in analytical practice. The absorption spectra were recorded in a Specrod UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The influence of adsorption on results obtained in measurements of electronic absorption spectra is illustrated in the example of aqueous solutions of rhodamine 6G.
