摘要
The main composition of the angle measuring errors of the inductosyn angle-measuring system and their separating technology are studied. Through measuring the angle-measuring error practically, an error separating method is put forward. This method can separate the long-period first harmonic error, the short-period first harmonic error and the short-period second harmonic error. The precision of the angle-measuring system used inductosyn is improved greatly by corresponding hardware and software compensating technology.
