摘要：
The author details a method with requirements and safety considerations for emergency planning at LNG facilities. The method for formulating the emergency plan can be utilized by general industry with or without modifications. The importance of extra-facility agency interface in emergency planning is stressed with emphasis on the fact that costly failure could result without such interface.
