摘要：

This paper proposes some models for management and delivery planning of construction equipments. These models will enable contractors to enumerate alternatives systematically and evaluate them objectively in order to get useful information for effective management and delivery of construction equipments. In this paper, management planning process is divided into two parts, long-term planning and short-term planning.
