摘要：
The Kyoto protocol a plan to limit the amounts of the greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere was discussed. The ratification of the protocol required industrial nations to reduce emission harmful gases. The protocol underscored the fact that global climate change was a threat which needed remedy. Kyoto protocol also stated that new regulations designed to reduce the likelihood of climate change may disrupt flow of business.
