Planning and specifying the functions for a process computer with the MADAM program system. (Einsatzplanung, Auftragsabwicklung und Inbetriebnahme eines Prozessrechners mit dem Programmsystem MADAM)

The usefullness of process computers for monitoring and control in industrial processes is shown to depend on whether the process functions can be quickly and clearly converted into a system of programs. This is shown to be possible with the MADAM program system which helps to formulate the problem at hand and provides a highly automated sequence for the planning of process computer functions.
