摘要
Starting from the core control concept and the characteristic parameters designating the integrity of the core the instrumentation concept for core surveillance of PWRs (pressurized water reactors) of the 1300-Mw class are presented. The out-of-core and incore instrumentations are illustrated in more detail. The instrumentations for control rod position, boron concentration, coolant pressure, coolant temperature and coolant flow are summarized. The information provided by these instrumentation systems is used for protection, limitation and operational systems.
