摘要
A comparative study of thermal and elastic properties has been made on amorphous Se1-xGex alloy by employing a dynamical treatment. It has been observed that all these properties show an increasing linear trend with the increase of germanium content in Se1-xGex amorphous system and an excellent agreement with the experimental results. Further, the linear variation shows no anomaly in the elastic moduli-coordination number relation in the studied rigidity percolation threshold region (m = 2.4-2.6).
