In this part of the paper, synthesis problems of multipurpose stochastic control systems in matrix polynomial approach for multivariable linear dynamic systems have been considered. The direct polynomial approach in frequency s-domain (z-domain, respectively) is used, employing the following principles: the separation principle of stochastic control theory, the algebraic 'internal model' principle, and the known method of dynamic decoupling by linear state variable feedback. The dynamical properties of the proposed complex control systems as well as the relationships between the results obtained in frequency domain and time domain have been explained. The theoretical considerations are illustrated with a numerical example concerning a given multivariable plant model. Computations were performed with the use of a general-purpose computer package, worked-out by the author, writen in FORTRAN IV language.
