The limitations of a conventional suspension for high-speeds in the case of articulated car sets are outlined. The comfort in articulated car sets traveling at high speeds is discussed. The articulation between adjacent bodies and the pneumatic suspension SR 10 used in the TGV-high speed train is described in detail.
