摘要:
The role of the gas density variation in stabilizing the bubble shape against the Rayleigh-Taylor and parametric instabilities in the SBSL parameter region was addressed. It was shown that a perturbation of the size of several nanometers can lead to strong RT instability that may destroy a bubble if gas density variations are neglected while including them can suppress the RT instability significantly and reduce the parametric instability to some extent.
