摘要
The overall design of a series of electric lift trucks employing electronic motor controls, is outlined. By following a step-by-step procedure, all control system functions can be checked and repaired in less than an hour. Since identical modules are used throughout this series of trucks, the modular control system simplifies servicing and reduces inventory. If a faulty module is found, a technician can replace it quickly. Because troubleshooting is procedural, it requires minimum training to learn how to operate the test equipment, and how to troubleshoot and repair the control system.
