摘要
It is shown that spot welding of steels with compression of the peripheral zone of the weld spot greatly reduces the depth of the dents caused by the electrodes, reduces distortion of the joint, and improves the appearance of the products. RRequired is a higher pressure on the electrodes, and more careful setting of the electrodes to ensure that their working surfaces are concentric and parallel.
