摘要：
Functions of telematic service terminals were considered. The functions could be realized in personal computers equipped with extra unit and coordinated with software. Development of software and equipment permitted to transform personal computers into multifunctional terminals. Combined regimes providing the user with possibility of one service to interact with others occurred simultaneously in telematic services. Tendency was displayed in using integration of various telematic services instead of mechanical combination of equipment and programme means.
