摘要
In the past two years considerable effort has been placed on the planning and design of new facilities for the resolution of LMFBR safety issues. This paper reviews the key issues, the experiments needed to resolve them, and the design aspects of proposed new facilities. In addition, it presents a decision theory approach to selecting an optimal combination of modified and new facilities.
