摘要
The author deals with the problem of plastics waste utilization as the best way of resolving enviornmental pollujtion caused by polymeric waste. The establishment of reliable markets for reclaimed or reclaimable products is a necessary ingredient of an effective plastics recycling program. If such markets are not feasible, for any reason, plastics waste might be put to use as a source of energy through pyrolysis or incineration with steam recovery.
