摘要
The American Forest and Paper Association (AF&PA) has endorsed China's accession to the World Trade Organization and is urging Congress to give it Permanent Normal Trade Relations status. Chinese paper and wood tariffs would fall to the 5%-7.5% level, with some as low as 1%-2% by 2003 under a new market access agreement. China has agreed to join WTO if an Accelerated Tariff Liberalization agreement is reached.
