摘要
An analysis was made of critical intergranular cavitational damage in creep of copper, some copper alloys, and a type 20Cr-32Ni stainless steel using the methods of a quantitative microstructural analysis. The fact that the fracture parameters have remained almost constant in a relatively broad interval of creep rates and times to fracture, respectively, supports the idea that the fracture takes place as soon as the critical cumulation of the intergranular damage is reached.
