A study was made of the strength characteristics of Czochralski-grown single crystals of solid solutions of the Sb//1//. //5Bi//0//. //5Te//3-Bi//2Se//3 system as a function of the Bi//2Se//3 content during compression and bending tests. It was found that the ultimate strength and elasticity modulus of the single crystals increase with an increase in the Bi//2Se//3 concentration. During bending tests the interlayer shear stress along the basis planes increases linearly from 3 to 6 MPa with an increase in the quantity of Bi//2Se//3.
