摘要
This article describes a technique which has recently been developed, remote laser interferometry. This system consists of a beam splitter and two retro-reflectors, one fixed as a reference and one movable. The retro-reflectors are glass trihedral prisms, which reflect light so that the reflected beam is parallel to the incoming beam. The reference-cube corner is attached to the remote interferometer.
