摘要
Stress corrosion cracking tests in concentrated hot magnesium and calcium chloride solutions have proved insufficient resistance of classical austenitic Cr-Ni steels and low resistance of austenitic Cr-Mn-Ni steels with low nickel content and alloyed with nitrogen. Austenitic Mn-Cr steels have considerable resistance to stress corrosion cracking in concentrated hot MgCl//2 and CaCl//2 solutions; however, nickel content above 0. 5% considerably decreases this resistance in these steels. Four experimental types of austenitic Mn-Cr steels were selected which meet the criteria of high-stress corrosion cracking resistance.
