MARITIME CARRIAGE OF NUCLEAR MATERIALS.

Thirty-four papers by various authors are presented. The topics discussed are: a review of the technical and regulatory developments in the maritime carriage of nuclear materials on both the international and national level, including a number of papers dealing with practical experience in the shipment of nuclear materials; the problems of nuclear third party liability and insurance, and the effects of 1971 Brussels Conference on the law governing third party liability and on insurance for nuclear damage.
