Air injector slots were installed in the sluices of the Libby dam in Montana to reduce cavitation. Pitot tubes connected to differential pressure transducers were incorporated to measure the new air flow rates. These are described along with the effects of the injector slots. Separate tests were carried out with the equipment shaft open and closed. Pressure drops from the atmosphere to the sluice chamber were measured.
