摘要
Allegations on International Paper Co. (IP) about illegally controlling the wood supply market in South Carolina was discussed. A survey of several major Southern pulpwood markets indicated that pine stumpage prices declined 20%-25% over the last several quarters. Groups in other southern states were reportedly considering similar actions against wood industry consumers.
