摘要：
The process in free vacuum condensates of copper are examined by X-ray diffraction analysis of the width, intensity and position of the diffraction line. Information is obtained regarding the activation energy of the diffusion processes responsible for the growth of new grains, redistribution of the dislocations and the changes in the density of steps at dislocations.
