The complanar problem of minimization of the duration of the impulsive transfer between circular orbits is investigated. The boundary orbits, the configuration of objects moving along them at the fixed initial instant and the characteristic velocity of the manoeuvre is supposed to be arbitrary preassigned. The optimal decisions of inner extremum of the maneuver duration are only investigated. In the part II of the paper quality properties of the extremal two-impulse transfers are further studied and the local extremality of the two-impulse transfers in the class of the many-impulse maneuvers is studied. The existence of optimal three-impulse and four-impulse transfers is also ascertained.
