摘要
This article describes how a cold rolling mill in the West Midlands, UK, introduced statistical process control techniques into its cold rolling process. First phase of a two-phased implementation strategy has been completed successfully and each of the four rolling mills at British Rolling Mills (BRM) have been equipped with continuous gauge monitoring systems.
