The lower limits of the porosity, permeability, degree of oil saturation, and effective oil-saturated thickness of commercially productive collectors consisting of terrigeneous Lower Carbonaceous and Devonian deposits in the southeastern part of the Tatar Republic are determined. Criteria are indicated for dividing the collectors in a horizon in terrigenous Devonian deposits into sandstones and aleurolites according to an intrinsic polarization curve.
