摘要
When examining 345 Donbas miners with a prolonged length of underground service, disorders of biogenic amine metabolism were established. Practically healthy miners had an intensified serotonin catabolism. Patients with the 1st stage of pneumoconiosis had an increased norepinephrine excretion along the decreased urine discharge of dophamine; serum histamine levels, activity of monoaminoxidaze and discharge of 5-oxiindolacetic acid also increased. Patients with the 2nd stage of dust-induced bronchitis had a depressed mediator chain of the sympathetico-adrenal system. Serum histamine concentrations increased along with the decrease in histaminopexia, serotonin inactivation being intensified. The results of the pharmacologic salbutamol and methacyn tests confirm the multifactor bronchial obstruction pathogenesis.
