摘要
This work was concerned with the redistribution of like dislocations during creep, resulting in the appearance of subboundaries between cells. On the basis that changes in the interaction energy of dislocations are the reasons for the formation of the cells, relations are derived for calculating their equilibrium size. The calculated and experimental values are compared.
