摘要：

The author proposes a testing method based on comparison of output words of discrete devices in computer networks; the method is capable of evaluating not only the correspondence between specified words and the output words, but also the reliability of the instants of appearance of these words. The use of the method is illustrated by the testing system and time relations involved in its implementation.
