摘要
A complex computer program was developed for the simulation of a control loop in which an analytical measuring system is included and in which the characteristics of the process to be controlled as well as the characteristics of the measuring system can be selected freely. Both the process and analyzer were modelled using first order and dead time models. The attainable index of controllability of the process at given conditions was calculated. Using the model and the computer program, the degree of controllability of a technological process under given conditions was calculated in three different cases, by using three different analytical measurement techniques. The results were used for optimization of process control and for informative calculation and prediction of the most cost efficient production. The optimum parameters of the controller unit were determined by minimum variance tuning.
