摘要
The installation of a solvent air emission control system, although designed to solve a problem, can actually create new problems, as when an undersized system or a high operating cost system is installed. Once these systems are installed, there is usually no turning back, but new approaches to retrofit undersized or high operating cost solvent air emission control systems can make the in-place system much more cost-effective. Two practical approaches are discussed below.
