Photoplastic study on the flow law governing the deformation of materials in the cladding chamber of aluminum-clad steel wires

摘要
An experiment device is designed in order to simulate the deformation of the materials in the cladding chamber. Photoplastic experiment is carried out to study the deformation of the materials in continuous direct cladding. Three-dimensional strain distributions in the cladding chamber are evaluated by the slicing technology of three-dimensional photoplasticity and separation of the strain components by a numerical analysis method. At the same time, regulation of deformation of the materials in the cladding chamber is obtained by memory-photoplastic experiment. It is derived that the deformation of the materials in the cladding die is axisymmetric extrusion.
