摘要
Catalysts, whose base is a metallic network and active phase is d-metal nitrides or carbides, have been obtained by the magnetron reaction spectering of targets. It has been shown that on the catalysts obtained a deep oxidation of CH4 in the temperature range 750-850 °C at a volume rate of (1-1.5)×10.5 h-1, full oxidation of CO at 295-375 °C for nitrides and at 700-750 °C for carbides (W=2×10.5 h-1 and 60-70% decomposition of NO in the temperature range 400-800 °C in the presence of oxygen are obtained.
