摘要：
Faced with energy, emission, and ecology problems, a farm implement plant has examined and researched the application of water-borne paint. The paper discusses why the conversion to this type of paint was made, the problems encountered, the advantages realized, and the need for parameter controls. Preventive maintenance techniques are highlighted for a consistent result. Particular emphasis is placed on fringe benefits realized through the introduction of water-borne paint.
