摘要
Increasing use of bolted supports as sole support in gate roads is possible under the boundary conditions at great depths and with double use only if the planning and monitoring of the roadways are intensified. Panel- and seam-related features of rock control and roadway deformation in particular must be incorporated in the planning procedure. For this purpose a method, in which the features of the behaviour of bolted roadways were determined by an optimized measuring programme on the basis of roadway investigations, was developed at the Niederberg colliery. The method was designed for the Mausegatt seam and is currently also being used for the Mausegatt seam and is currently also being used for the Finefrau and Geitling 1 and 2 seams. A method of achieving extension of the previous field of application of rigid bolts in highly stressed curving roadways was found on the basis of these findings. Damage to supports is clearly reduced by application of high bolt densities in the workings. As the high density is still not required in the operating phase of the drivage, optimization is also being tested in the drivage. A clear economic improvement is achieved by the proposed method of quality assurance throughout the complete life of the roadway.
